The project is being developed within the framework of the business support of the East Kazakhstan region. The production capacity of the new plant, according to investors’ plans, will amount to 1.2 million tons of cement per year.

A high-tech cement plant that meets environmental requirements and operates entirely on domestic raw materials will
cost $150 mil. It will be financed by the Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund, Demir Bank and AAA GROUP. A clinker (semi-finished product) plant with a capacity of 3,800 tons per day (more than 1 million tons per year) will be built in the Kemin district. More than 300 new jobs will be created. A cement milling plant with a capacity of 1,5 million tons per year will be built in Ysyk-Ata district. About 200 new jobs will be provided.
